These terms apply to your use of ArchivePicks (archivepicks.com, "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is
ArchivePicks publishes NFL, college football and NBA statistics, hit rates, fantasy football values and posted sportsbook and prediction-market prices. It is an information service. It does not take bets, hold money, or run a sportsbook or a prediction market.
Not advice. Nothing on the site is a recommendation to place a bet, make a trade or take any other action, and it does not tell you which side of a line to take. Past results do not predict future ones. You alone are responsible for your decisions.
Eligibility and legal betting
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live to use an account. Sports betting is legal only in some places and only for adults (18 or 21 or older depending on the place). We make no statement about whether any betting activity is legal where you are, and you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you. See our Responsible Gambling page for help resources.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the data accurate and current, but statistics can contain errors, a data provider can be late or wrong, and prices change by the minute, so a price shown can be out of date. We provide the site "as is" and "as available", without promises that it is complete, error-free or always online.
Accounts
You do not need an account to browse. If you create one, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- copy or collect the site's data in bulk by automated means, or republish it as your own;
- overload, probe or interfere with the site or try to get around its limits or security (including the rate limits and the CAPTCHA on the contact form);
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass others or send spam through the contact form;
- click on ads to inflate their numbers, or encourage others to.
Content and ownership
The site's design, text and the way it presents and calculates the data belong to us or our licensors. The underlying game statistics, odds, prices and team and player names and photos come from third parties and belong to them. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
Third-party services and links
The site shows prices from sportsbooks and prediction markets and uses services such as Google (sign-in and advertising), Supabase and Cloudflare. We do not endorse any sportsbook or market, and we are not responsible for third-party sites or services or for what you do on them. Their own terms and policies apply there.
Advertising
The site shows ads from Google AdSense to visitors. We do not control which ads appear and do not endorse the products advertised. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work and how to opt out.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage (including lost money from betting, trading or any other decision) arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may change these terms or the site at any time. The date above shows when the terms last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
